Why does my ASP.NET application work on my local machine but not when I upload it to the server? - asp upload with serial

I upload the files exactly as they appear on my computer and on my computer. I am new to ASP.NET, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I use 1 & 1, I know that ASP.NET supports because it is the default page for me and I read about their services before buying.
