The accumulation of fat or plaque in the wall of the coronary artery narrowing of the lumen of the artery leading to ischemia or insufficient blood supply to the heart. Atheroma May ulcerate release materials that cause blood coagulation on the surface of the plate. Since the blood clot blocks the artery is fully expanded causing a heart attack or death from heart tissue after obstruction.

Robotnic Hello,

Ischemia is the term for describing a body part, where there is a lack of blood supply and thus a lack of oxygen.

Thrombosis is a blood clot which formed in the blood sometimes, but not necessarily the result of a long-term ischemia. If a clot forms and breaks off a piece of the clot and in another part of the movement that is called an embolus or embolism.

Atheroma is increased, or inflammation of an artery, usually fatty acids, lipids, atherosclerosis can cause ischemia and continues to be a blood clot (thrombus) This can happen any part of the body. However, if it happened in the vessels that supply oxygen to the hearing is part of the fabric to stop the heart of the work of all bodies need oxygen to perform their function.

This leads to a heart attack or myocardial infarction, MI)

Hope this helps.

Love Mel
