It's strawberries and cream, only better.

Eton Mess

Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

450g fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
250 g meringue
250 ml cream

METHOD

Wash strawberries, remove stems and cut into quarters. Cut or break the meringue into rough 2cm (1 inch).

Place strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Mix.

The cream in a bowl. Whip the cream lightly. Do not do it too much, not rich yet.

Add the strawberries and cream, or vice versa. Add the pieces of meringue. Mix and serve.

ADDITIONS AND ALTERNATIVES

Use meringue made, especially if they were broken and/ Or a lower price.

If you make your own meringue, this is the course for practice. If you break down crying, tears, or even, you can still use them. However, you must do one days in advance.

For the romantic version, top with a strawberry and great offer that to your partner.

An authentic Eton mess uses strawberries and other fruits of the summer, but it works well.

Eton Mess is a dessert of English origin, a mixture of strawberries, pieces of meringue and cream, served traditionally [1] at Eton College, an annual prize which is given the celebration picnic on the fourth day of June "(in fact, held the last Wednesday of the May). [2] An anecdote is that the dessert was invented accidentally by a farmer while he was sitting in a picnic basket on the back of a car on the way to a picnic. [3] According to the income of dairy products (1995) [4] by Robin Weir, who spoke to the librarian, Eton College, [5] Eton Mess was in the 1930s was in school ") Sock Shop (shop belly and was originally mixed with bananas or strawberries, or with cream or ice cream. Merengue was a later addition, [6], and may have been an innovationion by Michael Smith, the English author Fine Cooking (1973). [7] An Eton mess with many other types of summer fruit, are made [8], but strawberries are considered more traditional.

A similar dessert is the chaos of the injection site, he spent the whole year at Lancing College in West Sussex, England. [9]

The word chaos may be the appearance of the capsule [6] or in terms of "quantity of food, especially a dish consisting of soft foods" or "used a mixture of ingredients cooked together or eaten." [

It is broken, a mixture of fruits such as strawberries / raspberries, whipped cream and meringues all linked. I can not remember why he called an Eton mess, probably something to do with school.
